Hello and welcome to Gemini Counselling. I am Claire Miller, a qualified and experienced Cognitive – Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is a modern form of CBT. Using these evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I am committed to helping clients overcome challenges and achieve personal goals.
Although I help clients overcome a wide range of different issues, my specialist areas of practice include:
